Credits are the currency of SARAS. Every generation action costs a small number of credits, and you can top up anytime from the Billing page.

The video cost varies based on the image model and number of inference steps — more steps means higher quality but more credits.

Tips to Get the Most Out of Credits
- Use Flux Schnell for drafts — it's the cheapest image model and generates fast. Switch to a higher-quality model for final renders.
- Keep inference steps low (10–20) during experimentation. Higher steps cost more but aren't always necessary.
- Skip transitions on short videos — for 15–30s videos, transitions add cost without much visual benefit.
- Reuse scripts — you can regenerate voice or video from an existing script without paying for script generation again.
