These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SARAS, the AI-powered video creation platform available at sarasflow.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SARAS generates video content from your text prompts using third-party AI models: it writes scripts, synthesizes narration, generates images, assembles videos, and produces captions. The Service is provided on a credit basis and is currently in active development — features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Registration currently requires an invite code; one account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Generation runs on credits. New accounts receive free starter credits; additional credits can be purchased through our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Credits are deducted per generation only when a generation succeeds. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices for credit packages and per-generation costs may change; changes never affect credits you already hold.

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and text you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you all rights we may hold in the videos, images, audio, and captions generated for you ("Output"), and you may use your Output commercially — including on YouTube, Instagram, and similar platforms.

You should know two honest caveats about AI output: (a) similar prompts can produce similar output for other users, and no one can guarantee AI output is unique or protectable by copyright in every jurisdiction; and (b) AI models can produce inaccurate or unintended content — review your Output before publishing it. You are solely responsible for how you use your Output, including compliance with the rules of any platform where you publish it and any disclosure requirements for AI-generated content that apply to you.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• impersonates a real person or organization, or is designed to deceive (including misinformation presented as fact);
• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any form;
• harasses, threatens, or incites harm against any person or group;

You also agree not to abuse the platform itself: no attempting to bypass credit metering, no automated account creation, no probing or disrupting the Service's infrastructure. We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations, with credits for the affected account forfeited in cases of intentional abuse.

The Service is built on third-party providers — including Google (Gemini), OpenAI, Runware, Stripe, and cloud storage providers. Your generations are processed by these providers under their own terms, and Service availability partly depends on theirs. The SARAS software itself is open source under the MIT license; these Terms govern the hosted service at sarasflow.com, not your use of the source code.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SARAS and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination for violation, unused credits are forfeited; upon voluntary account deletion, you may contact us about any remaining purchased credits.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will notify registered users by email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
